Not good.
The order was 2 weeks late, the $800 dining room chairs were not assembled. The employees have no personality and are extremely unhelpful, i had to load chairs, box springs, frame and a queen matress into my pickup truck by myself while 2 employees stood there and watched with no intention of helping. After they took our money they lost all interest in customer service. An all around bad experience, the prices are the same or more than the other furniture stores. I wish i would have read the other reviews before falling for their fake going out of business campain.

Mundels Furniture - Delivery Service Review
Ordered new furniture after my husband passed away, never came in after 2 1/2 months. They resolved that issue by offering something they had in stock. I accepted, not what i wanted but due to the circumstances i agreed. *** furniture, very uncomfortable. When they delivered my furniture, they crushed my fence. Have yet to fix it. Have gotten the run around since December. After watching channel 4 news, time to take this up with the magistrate. Maybe he will respond to that.

Mundels Furniture - Shipping Service Review
We purchased bedroom furniture for almost $4000 on June 3, 2016. Today is February 28, 2017 and we still do not have it. We have called numerous times and get the run around every time. I am so tired of dealing with the owner, Randy Mundel. I am ready to take legal action.

Please Share.......do not ever go to mundels furniture in Uniontown. I had to pay 1100.00 in full for a bed to be ordered. I was promised 2-3 weeks for delivery and setup. That was on 9/6/16. Today I called 4 separate times to finally get a hold of the owner. I have called everyday this week and every time I was told he was in a meeting. When I finally talked to him, I requested a refund and was denied because supposedly my paperwork states no cancellation and signs at the store state this as well. The only answer I got was hopefully my bed will be in next week. He told me it was custom made which is why it is delayed.......it's not. An awful experience with the worst customer service I've ever had. No offer for discounts etc. Again......PLEASE SHARE

You are so right, I waited 8 weeks after being told it would be in weekly, then they called me said it was in only to find out it wasnt I AM STILL WAITING. Do not shop at this place you can find anything on line and its so much faster.

Bought two refrigerator and the first didnt have a year went back got another one and was told brand new found out its two years old and guess what I'm having problems with it now and warranty no that dont have none was told they did but you have to do through all kinds of stuff from the manufacture ...... Next I will go to lowes the are legit !

Ordered bed 2 months ago & still don't have it
On August 6, 2013, I purchased an I-Series Serta king size mattress & box spring from Mundel’s. Was told it would be in next week. August 14, 2013: Talked to Leslie at Mendel’s-she said they would call me back, she didn’t think the bed was in yet. They returned my phone call and said it would be a week or two. Said they could give me a loaner bed until it comes in. I said I don’t know. She asked me if I wanted Mr. Mundel to call me back. I said yes. Mr. Mundel called me back-said he would try to get the bed by next week and that he could give me a loaner bed (not a good quality one) until bed comes in. He is going to try to have the bed by next week. Said he will make an adjustment to the purchase. August 19, 2013-Called back and asked again about the bed-was told it would be in either Friday or Monday. August 27, 2013-Called and they said Friday or Monday again. Sept. 3, 2013-Called and they returned my call and said the bed should be in soon-it is on backorder Sept. 6, 2013- I called Serta-they said the bed is NOT on backorder-they are not shipping to Mundel’s at this time. Sept. 14, 2013-Went to Mundel’s-Talked to Randy Mundel (owner)-he said again about backorder. I told him I called Serta and Serta said they are not backordered. Randy Mundel said he would be out of town Monday & Tuesday but would call Serta while he is out of town and call us. Sept 18, 2013—No call from Mundel’s Sept. 19, 2013-Tried to call Dana (the person that sold me the bed) they said he was not in today. Sept. 23, 2013-No phone call from Mr. Mundel-I called Dana-he said he doesn’t have an answer. I told him if I don’t have my bed by the end of the month, I want my money back. He said he didn’t blame me and will pass the message to Randy Mundel. Sept. 30, 2013-called Mundel’s Outlet to talk to Dana-they said he wasn’t in right now. Called Mundels furniture and asked for Randy Mundel-they said he was in a meeting-I left a voice message for him to call me back. I in turn called Mundel’s outlet back and asked the status of order-they said it wasn’t in yet. They could not tell me why. Right now I just want my money back so I can go get a bed somewhere else

Nothing but lies!
STAY AWAY! On July 17, I purchased a complete living room set for a business. I was told they would call with in a week to set up delivery. No one ever called. After 2 months, I went to see them and this is when the lies started. The 'business manager' stated that I had to speak to the owner, who was not in. This occurred weekly. No one, from the business manager, to the shipping manager to the owner could answer any questions. "We haven't received it yet", was all I kept getting. No one returns phone calls and the business manager actually called me a liar at one point. 2 weeks ago, I went back in and the owner happened to be there. "Oh that will be here next week", I was told. He offered me free delivery the day it came in and was supposed to call me back as soon as it got there. Of course, he never did. I went in today and ta-da! The furniture had been sitting IN THE STORE for a week. Which I had to go back and pick up myself because now they can't deliver it for 2 weeks. They offered me a 15 inch TV for all of my troubles. Not worth it. Over 4 months to get furniture that was in stock when I bought it. Stay away from them!

I am still waiting for my bed i paid for in full already
I purchased a bed from BJ Mundels on 12-27-2011 paid in full and the advised me in two weeks I would have my purchase. Still no bed to this date! I bought a Tempurpedic bed. Not cheap. I have called and they state it did not come in or what not I went down and complained to the owner/ manager. He stated he did not know where the bed was and that I over paid. He stated he would throw in a 32 inch led tv. He stated he woudl call by the end of the business day as well and never called. they called gave me another 2 week time frame and still no bed then just recently called us 2-3-2012 and stated it could possibly be later 02-8-12 and then they would deliver. Over a month. REALLY!

Stunning that even after the bad news coverage these practices continue. Why the consumer authorities haven't shut this down once and for all is a testament to the fact the government doesn't give a *** about consumer issues.
Buyer beware - you're on your own. And apparently a "purchase" from Mundel's should be seen as a monetary gift to the owner.
Now they are advertising in the surrounding areas, like Morgantown, presumably because everyone in Uniontown is on to them. More suckers, just a few minutes away!
